You have 14 days, and full return and exchange right under the law on distance contracts. The right of withdrawal starts from the day you pick up your package. You should send the product back within 14 days after notice of exercise of right of withdrawal.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGES
- The item must be unused and in new condition
- The product is packaged in its original packaging if they have one, and that all the labels remain attached to the garment
- The item must be well packaged and safely
- Fill in all the information in the attached RMA or attach the delivery note into the parcel
- You are responsible for the goods until we have received the parcel
- You pay for the return shipping
- We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery
- When unauthorized return will be charged € 25
- Customers outside the EU pay all costs in connection with return or exchange.

REFUND OF RETURN
Please note that you are completely or partially lose your buy-in amount of its value decreased due to:
- You have used the product
- The item is damaged
- The product is handled incorrectly
- You have removed the original label, etc.

- You have washed product
- You have handled the goods to a greater extent than necessary.
Repayment occurs when the goods have reached us except extra shipping costs requested by the customer, such as, for example. Express costs or choice of carrier other than ordinary. Repayment will be made within 14 days. If you paid with a bank / debit card, the money is returned directly to your card, or alternatively your account if you paid via direct payment. The refund will appear on your statement within a few business days from the time we made it. At the refund we will deduct € 10 for any return freight.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including also delivery charges (but not counting extra delivery costs resulting from your choice of any delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). The repayment will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days. We will use the same means of payment of the refund that you have used for the initial transaction. The refund does not cost you anything. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You should return the product to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you told us about your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fortnight expired. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function.
